Service Description

In this three-day training, participants will learn how to conceptualize the use of The Comprehensive Resource Model relevant to developmental stages in Children and Adolescents. Participants must have completed the Basic CRM Training, where they will have learned the CRM Conceptualization of powerful interventions needed to effectively work with the most fragile populations in the therapeutic setting. Learning Objectives: • Understand how/where to begin when utilizing CRM with Children, Adolescents, and Caregivers, as well as how to utilize CRM across the spectrum of working with these ages. • Understand how to intertwine the language of children (expression through art, play, sand tray) when using CRM • Learn developmentally appropriate terminology for effective use of CRM resourcing and process work with Children and Adolescents • Understand how to facilitate attachment work with Children/Adolescents and their Caregivers from a CRM perspective; and also within Children/Adolescents when a Caregiver is not available.
